We are a Pocatello based meal delivery business. Meals are made fresh never frozen twice weekly using only the best quality meats & produce. Meals are delivered on Mondays & Thursdays. 

HOW IT WORKS:

The new menu comes out on Thursday via text. You order for then entire week. There are two pickup locations: PAC Wellness & Del Monte Meats. You can also have the meals delivered in the Pocatello/Chubbuck area for $5 per delivery.

PRICING:

Breakfast: $5.50**
Lunch: $7.00**
Dinner: $8.00**

**Add Extra Protein: $2 per meal

How do I pay?

Payments are due at time of ordering or pickup via venmo, cash, or check

What time can I pickup meals?

PAC Wellness hours: 5am-9pm
Del Monte Meats: 8am- 6pm
Delivery: Deliveries will be made before 8 am on Monday & Thursday

How much food to I get if I pay for extra protein?

We will increase your carb (vegetables, Rice, & Sweet Potato). We will also increase your protein to 6 ounces instead of 4.

Are your meals gluten free?

Yes!

Do I have to order every week?

No! That is the great thing about Fresh Prep. There are no subscriptions or minimum orders.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We love cooking for specific nutrition needs. Pricing is dependent on meals. Contact us for more information.
